The wild nature welcomes you hiking, fishing, biking, rowing or when you simply want to enjoy the peace and quiet searching for berries or mushrooms.

When you are out in the countryside, you will most certainly enjoy those wonderful changes in the landscape- the breathtaking views, the red cottages scattered around in the countryside, cultivated fields and man-made stone fences. This is the Småland we know and love from the books of Astrid Lindgren.

You can get a good view of the entire area thanks to the large height differences, at Skurugata and Skuruhatt, one of the highest points of Eksjö. There are actually those who say that this 800 metres long “street” is the most beautiful nature phenomena in southern Sweden.
